Every site comes with its own potential. We will meet to discuss your vision and dreams for your new home. We provide you with site specific information and knowledge about the local area. We also offer this pre or post purchase property inspection to clients who are still in the process of buying a property and want to know more about an potential extension and alteration of a specific site.

(3)WORKSHOP TIME
We go to the drawing board to produce several options, to achieve the best design solution for your home. During a workshop meeting with you we discuss these options and the protentional project structure. Based on the various design options we can provide initial building costs.

(4) LETS GET INTO DETAIL
We start developing the project in more depth, Your home starts to take shape in the form of plans, details and finishes. We liaise and appoint on your behalf all required consultants.

(5) GETTING APPROVED
We submit planning applications, license to alter and building regulations depending on your project requirements.

(6)THE RIGHT BUILDER FOR YOU

We help with finding the right builder for you and your project. We also support you during the construction building phase.

(7) FINISHING TOUCHES
We assist in interior design questions, create bespoke joinery or help with furniture selection.
